Shipping And Returns Policy

How Will My Order Ship?

Each item's delivery options will be noted on its product page, as well as in the shopping cart. If multiple options are available, you can determine which works best for you and select from these options.

Shipping Exceptions:

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.
  • If you live in a non-contiguous U.S. state or territory-in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands-additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply.
  • Deliveries are not typically made on Sundays, Saturday and holidays. Delivery on these days, if available for the products you have ordered and your area, may require additional fees.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Other items require a longer time (e.g. 2-4 weeks). Each product page on our site includes the estimated Lead Time, "Normally ships in ............ " to give you an idea how quickly your order will leave the warehouse.

For Small Parcel shipments within the United States, delivery usually takes between 1 and 6 business after your order is picked up from the warehouse. For expedited services such as 3-day, 2nd Day or Next Day Air, your order's travel time is locked in to the given Service/Speed you select after the item leaves the warehouse. You should remember that the estimated Lead Time still applies before the item ships out. Be sure to check the product's Lead Time before you order with expedited shipping, and call us if you have any questions or concerns.

For Large Parcel Curbside Deliveries, delivery usually takes between 3-6 business days from the time your items leave the warehouse. For residential deliveries, you will be contacted for an appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local terminal. For Large Parcel Inside Deliveries, delivery usually takes 1-4 weeks from the time items leave the warehouse. Your order will travel through a nationwide network of professional moving companies who will handle your item(s) with the utmost care. You will be contacted for a delivery appointment when your order reaches the delivery agent. Although the items are handled carefully throughout transit, we require that our orders undergo a thorough inspection at the delivery agent to ensure your item is delivered in perfect condition.

Free Shipping:

Items marked FREE SHIPPING! on the product page will ship for free! In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we either provide free shipping or, in certain cases, charge shipping per item. This charge, if any, is indicated in your shopping cart and covers ground shipping within the contiguous United States. We won't surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay, with one exception: we are required to charge sales tax for certain states.

Shipping surcharge applies to AK, HI, and U.S. Territories. Some items have specific shipping charges and are not eligible towards the qualifying amount for the reduced shipping rates or free shipping. Other eligible item(s) in your cart at time of checkout will still count towards the qualifying total.

Small Parcels:

Signatures are not required for Small Parcel deliveries, but the decision to leave your package will ultimately be at the discretion of the delivery carrier. If you have any special delivery instructions, we recommend placing a note on your door on the delivery date with your name, request, and tracking number.

Deliveries will be completed by UPS. Available shipping options will be noted in your Shopping Cart.

Large Parcels:

For items that are too large or fragile to be delivered via UPS, we partner with carriers specializing in the transportation and delivery of Large Parcel freight so you can rest assured that your order is being handled with the utmost care from the moment it leaves the warehouse.

How it works:

1. Choose a delivery option for your Large Parcel item at checkout

Available delivery methods vary by item; all service options will be displayed in the shopping cart.

2. Your order gets picked up from the warehouse

We'll send you a Ship Confirmation email to let you know your order is on its way.

3. Order is shipped to a Local Delivery Terminal

A Large Parcel carrier transports your order with care to a delivery professional in your area.

4. Delivery appointment scheduled

Upon arrival, the local terminal will contact you to schedule a delivery date and appointment window.

5. Day of Delivery: Welcome your new order home!

Be sure to inspect the shipment contents upon delivery. If you have any concerns regarding the condition or packaging of your order,

simply describe the issue on the delivery receipt provided by the driver and contact us for assistance.

Large Parcel Delivery Methods:

Curbside (We Unload)

A skilled delivery team will unload the item(s) from the delivery truck and lower it to the curb outside your home. You will be responsible for further transport beyond that point. We recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand.

  • Appointment Scheduling: The delivery partner will call you to arrange a date and 4-hour appointment window once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal.
  • Signature Required: Yes
  • Packaging Removal Included: No
  • Assembly Service Included: No

Outside Front Door Drop-Off:

Our Front Door Drop-Off service offers an extra set of hands. A skilled delivery team will unload the item(s) from the truck and take it to the first available dry area outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). You will then be responsible for further transport beyond that point.

  • Appointment Scheduling: You will be notified of your delivery date and 4-hour appointment window via email once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal. The delivery terminal's contact information will be included in case you need to reschedule your delivery.
  • Signature Required: No. You are not required to be present to accept the delivery. Your item(s) will be left in the first available dry area, as long as the delivery team determines the area is safe and secure.
  • Packaging Removal Included: No
  • Assembly Service Included: No

Room of Choice Delivery:

Our less-sweat method, the Room of Choice Delivery option features a skilled delivery team that will bring your item(s) inside, and place it in the room of your choosing.*

*Upstairs carrying limit of two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each)

  • Appointment Scheduling: The delivery partner will call you to arrange a date and 4-hour appointment window once their items arrive at the local terminal.
  • Signature Required: Yes
  • Packaging Removal Included: No
  • Assembly Service Included: No

All-Inclusive Delivery & Assembly:

Our easiest, no-sweat method, All-Inclusive Delivery takes your item from delivery to assembly. A delivery team will bring your item(s) inside and place it in the room of your choice.* Packaging will be removed and disposed of, followed by basic assembly for your convenience.**

*Upstairs carrying limit of two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each)

**Assembly includes light setup requiring basic tools, such as a screwdriver. Please note that the delivery team will not perform plumbing installation, electrical wiring, or services requiring the use of power tools.

Return Policy

You can return any item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

You will receive a full and complete refund of the returned merchandise in your original payment method- all you need to do is ship the item back to us per our directions. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected.

If you designated a local "green" campaign when you ordered your product(s), we will automatically deduct their percentage upon your refund.

For some products, we offer a modified version of our return policy which is based on a specific suppliers policies. If you are ordering one of these items, please learn more about its return policy at the bottom of this policy.

  • Large Appliances

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement.

Return Eligibility

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:

  • Clearance Items
  • Gift Certificates/gift cards
  • Personalized Items
  • Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)

Return an Item or Order

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

We package all of our products so they arrive on your doorstep safe and secure. However, if an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us immediately. We're happy to send you replacement parts as soon as possible.

  • For instructions on how to order replacement parts, please see the section on ordering replacement parts below.
  • If you ordered by Truck Freight or White Glove, please note the instructions below.

Our Truck Freight and White Glove return policy:

  • When you sign for delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please write "Package Damaged." If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this case, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. Once the package returns to us we will send you a new one right away.
  • If you have already accepted the package and notice missing or damaged parts, please contact us right away and we will ship you replacement parts free of charge. We usually only have a 48-hour window to file freight claims. If we cannot replace the parts, our carrier will pick up the original package and we will send you a full replacement.
  • If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, you can return the item under our standard return policy.
  • If you received a damaged product or the wrong product and we cannot solve the issue with either a full replacement or replacement parts, we will pay to return the item us, on top of the refund.
  • If your product has a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or, if necessary, the entire unit.

Ordering Replacement Parts

Extra Large Items

When your extra large item arrives, we encourage you to take the following steps:

  • Inspect the box for damages.
  • Make sure the appliance's product name and model number matches up with your order confirmation.
  • Upon removal of all packaging, inspect the appliance. If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, do not accept delivery: alert your delivery representatives and contact WARPSPD immediately so we can arrange for a prompt replacement.
  • Please keep in mind that once your appliance is installed, it cannot be returned.

If the appliance you ordered arrived as expected, yet you'd like to make a return:

You may return your appliance for a refund within 30 days of delivery so long as it hasn't been installed, and it is returned in its original packaging. Simply contact WARPSPD prior to making your return. Return credits will be issued within 24 hours once the appliance is received.

Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount. In some cases, a manufacturer's restocking fee may apply.

Clearance Items

As stated at the time of your purchase, clearance items cannot be returned. However, if you received this item and find there is substantial damage or some other issue, please get in touch with us. Of course we want to be fair.
